Andrew Shulman, Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Shulman joined the Mobile Health team in April 2012 and serves as Mobile Health’s Chief Executive Officer. He has a decisive management style, a strong focus on customer service, and extensive experience in occupational health and healthcare services management.

Troy Cassel, Chief Operating Officer
Troy Cassel serves as Mobile Health’s Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he oversees all components of the New York City business. Additionally, he leads the Customer Service and Operations teams that support all of Mobile Health’s product offerings. He previously served as the Director of Operations and Technology and the Director of Special Projects during his tenure at Mobile Health.
Prior to joining Mobile Health, he served in various operational, finance, and project management leadership roles in within the healthcare consulting industry and for large, international non-profit organizations.
He is a graduate of Gettysburg College and remains involved as a volunteer mentor at the College. He is a former member of the Victory Fund Campaign Board and has served as a gubernatorial appointee to the Pennsylvania Architecture Board and on the board of directors of the Mazzoni Center, a community health care clinic in Philadelphia.
James Anderson, Chief Sales Officer
James Anderson serves as Mobile Health’s Chief Sales Officer. In this capacity, he oversees all components of the Mobile Health’s National Expansion across sales, account management and network operations. He has previously served as Director of Business Development during his tenure at Mobile Health.
Prior to joining Mobile Health, James had served as VP of Business Development for a National Healthcare firm and brings 10+ years of experience in various functions of sales, training and leadership within the post-acute healthcare space. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and remains involved as an active alumnus at the College. He is a current member of the Homecare and Hospice Association of New Jersey, NY HCA and Vice President of NEPA management board. In addition, James has served as a board member of several professional action committees across the tri-state, collaborating with local leaders in tackling some of healthcares most critical issues.
Elize Charles, Director of Operations
Elize Charles joined the Mobile Health management team in April 2017 and serves as Mobile Health’s Director of Operations. Overseeing operations at all our Mobile Health facilities to meet our client’s growing occupational health needs, Elize maintains a high level of customer service for our patients.
