With Mobile Health’s  patient appointment reminder service, all Mobile Health patients receive an appointment reminder the day before their appointment. This reminder will arrive via text message or voicemail. The reminders are sent to each individually scheduled appointment and for automatically scheduled annual appointments at Mobile Health’s 7 locations.

We hope these appointment reminders will help to reduce appointment no-shows. Also, this service helps to ensure patients stay compliant with the medical exams necessary for their employment.

Phone Numbers Required for Appointment Reminder

IMPORTANT: Only patients who have an up-to-date phone number registered with Mobile Health will receive an appointment reminder. Clients can enter patient phone numbers during the online scheduling process.

Reminder Message Sent

The day before the appointment, the patient will receive the following text message:

Name, you have an appointment @ Mobile Health’s Location office on Date @ Time. Reply 1 to Confirm or 2 to Reschedule. 

If the text message is rejected or unable to be sent, the patient will receive an automated message directed to their voicemail with the same message.

Adding Phone Number

Patients who schedule their own appointments can provide Mobile Health with their phone number at the time of scheduling.

Companies who schedule appointments for their employees can enter a phone number while scheduling online through the Mobile Health Client Portal.

If a company uses an EMR system to integrate with Mobile Health, then the employee contact information may sync automatically. For more information on integrations, please contact your account manager.

Automatic Annual Scheduling

This appointment reminder feature DOES NOT REPLACE the letters sent to patients automatically scheduled by Mobile Health. Automatically scheduled patients will continue to receive mail notifications and reminders weeks before their appointment date.
