Did you miss the September 1 deadline for wage parity certification? It’s not too late! You can join the Mobile Health network and set up a plan to be compliant with all wage parity regulations, retroactively and going forward.

Our Mobile Health network is designed to ease the burden of staying compliant with Home Care Worker Wage Parity, Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Department of Health requirements. Our consultants will work with you to keep your business up to date with regulations as they change.

Entities that contract with Managed Care Organizations (MCO), Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA) or Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCP) are required to submit quarterly certifications of compliance with wage parity regulations.

The last certification was due September 1, and will be valid until November 30th. Quarterly certifications are due to the MCO, CHHA and/or LTHHCP on March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 of each year. The rate of compensation for 2015 will be decided by the state of New York on November 1, 2014.

In addition to these reports, records of compliance must be kept for at least 10 years, and must be available to the NYS DOH upon request.
